Architectural details and extra charges:

  7. Compound wall will be charged additional @ Rs 650/sqft based on foundation depth
  8. All plumbing and electrical work will be done as per the drawing given by the Architect
  9. Architect drawings to be provided in stages to the contracting company during construction, which will be a base line for design, material and finishing specifications
  10. Any other specifications not exclusively mentioned here means it is additional cost
  11. Interior design will be as per agreed upon sizes/ materials as mentioned in the contract

Site related extra charges:

  1. Sump with capacity up to 20,000 liters
  2. Sump to be constructed with brick masonry
  3. Rainwater sump, Percolation pit and site cleaning will be charged extra
  4. Excavation will be charged extra when associated with water/loose soil/stone
